Promotional Terms & Conditions Campaign Period & Rates: The promotional summer rent rates and associated benefits apply exclusively to nights stayed between June 1st, 2026, and August 31st, 2026. Any occupancy extending into September 1st, 2026, and onward will be billed at standard, regular rates.

Eligible Properties: The offer applies strictly to all Cove Fully Furnished Apartments, with the sole exception of Cove Ebisu. (Please note: This campaign does not apply to Cove Ebisu or any sharehouse properties).

Admin Fee Waiver: The standard Administrative Fee is fully waived (¥0) for all qualified apartment bookings confirmed under this promotion.
