The earliest move in date is displayed on each property listing. Many of our available rooms are open for immediate move-in and all properties are open for move in within 2 weeks of the listing status showing as 'available'.

Most of our properties feature a TV, high speed Wifi, furnishing, washing machine and comprehensive kitchenware (including fridge, crockery, cutlery, utensils and kitchen knives, pots and pans, cooking dishes, serving dishes, glassware, mugs, kettle and hob - please check the individual listings for details of whether a microwave is provided).

Please note that Cove Ebisu Share House rooms have a different furnishing package. Please check individual listings for information about additional apartment amenities and condo facilities as these vary by property.

Cove Ebisu Share House rooms include:
- Bed frame with bedding set
- Small desk and chair
- Mini refrigerator
- Kitchenette
- Monitor

Yes, all our properties come furnished with basic necessities. In the bedrooms, we provide double beds in most homes, or a single or semi-double bed if space is limited. In some rooms, we have WFH-friendly furniture such as a larger desk with dual monitors. All rooms also come equipped with hangers and an extension cord.

While you are welcome to bring your own furniture, please note that existing furniture cannot be removed from the property. If you plan to bring your own furniture, please contact the Cove team in advance. We kindly ask that you move furniture with care, as any damage caused to the property or room will be charged separately. Please also note that disposing of your own furniture will incur an additional fee, depending on the regulations of the local ward office where the property is located.

No, unfortunately we do not currently allow pets in any of our properties.

Apartments with a semi-double, double, or queen bed allow occupancy for two people. Please note that couples are not permitted at Cove Ebisu Share House (as it is a women-only property) or in furnished apartments with a single bed.

Yes, cooking is allowed in all our properties, and we provide basic kitchenware for your convenience. Most apartments are equipped with the following:
- Frying pan and small pot
- Plates and bowls
- Basic silverware (cutlery)
- Kitchen utensils (chopping board, knife, ladle)

Please note: Kitchenware and facilities differ at Cove Ebisu Share House. Please refer to the question "Do you allow cooking in the sharehouse?" for more details.

Yes, cooking is allowed at Cove Ebisu Share House.

However, please note that provided items and facilities differ between common areas and private rooms:

Common Kitchen:
Provided: Frying pans, small pots, and basic cooking utensils (knives, chopping board, ladle).
Not Provided: Tableware and cutlery (plates, bowls, forks, spoons).

Private Rooms:
Most private rooms include a mini-kitchen, except Room 102.
Not provided: Cookware, utensils, tableware, or cutlery.

Please bring your own tableware and cutlery, as well as any cookware needed for private room kitchens.
