Promotional Terms & Conditions

Campaign Period & Promotional Rates: The promotional New Launch rental rate and associated benefits are available exclusively for move-ins completed on or before September 30, 2026. The promotional rate of ¥160,000/month will apply through November 30, 2026. From December 1, 2026 onward, any continued occupancy will be charged at the applicable standard rental rate.

Eligible Properties: This promotion applies exclusively to newly launched rooms at BluRock Kagurazaka and REX Shirokane.

Administrative Fee Waiver: The standard Administrative Fee is fully waived (¥0) for all eligible apartment bookings confirmed under this promotion.
