Minimum Lease Term: This promotion is available exclusively to tenants who book a stay of 6 months or longer. To qualify for this promotion, the tenant must move in on or before October 15, 2026.

Eligible Property: This offer applies exclusively to Cove Ebisu Share House and is not applicable to any other Cove properties.

1 Month Free Rent: Eligible bookings of 6 months or longer will receive 1 month of rent free of charge during the lease period.

All other standard booking and lease terms and conditions remain applicable.
